http://www.glamour.com/health-fitness/blogs/vitamin-g/2008/12/do-you-get-bad-headaches-new-a.html

I hate articles like this. These stupid articles always make me think that everything is wrong with me. First off, I don't have brain cancer, just because my head hurts. Also, I KNOW what migraines are and I don't get them. I wish they would stop turning small sleep deprived headaches into huge symptoms, all of which result in death. These dumb articles don't acknowledge the other side of the argument, which is frustrating and discredits the article. No one should be worried on a regular basis about weather or not they're going to die over a simple headache. I'd write more, but my stupid laptop is lacking an efficient spacebar as well as a shift button.

John Mayer the love of my life <33

John Mayer, the new love of my life as well as a fabulous artist. He seriously amazes me in so many ways. His guitar parts are all original and they aren't typical teenie pop songs. The guitar parts are well thought out and his voice is that of an angel. You NEED to listen to him
TOP TEN SONGS BY HIM TO LISTEN TO:
1. Free Fallin' cover
2.No Such Thing
3.Comfortable
4.Why Georgia
5. The Heard of Life
6.Daughters
7.In Your Atmosphere
8. Stop This Train
9.Neon
10. Bold as Love
1- GREAT cover. Some may be attatched to the Tom Petty version, but if you can find it in your heart to make room, then you will adore this cover just as much as me.
2- From his first album, it's catchy and creative without being overbearing or repetitive enough to make you sick.
3. Best break up song ever, if you're still secretly heartbroken. It's sad and depressing, but the guitar part is gorgeous. Just listen to it, you'll love it, even if you aren't emotional and sad.
4. This song just makes my day happier on a regular basis. It's a good road trip song, and I'm especially prone to putting this song on repeat in the summer. This song makes me love life.
5. The guitar part is so cute, and it's such an optimistic song. It's nice to listen to when you don't have any real mood. I don't know, just do it, it's fabulous.
6. My mom can't stop listening to this song, so chances are you'll be the same. Original lyrics and a captivating tune.
7. He basically just keeps repeating " I don't think I'm gonna go to LA anymore." But none the less, it's awesome! Listen.
8. My all time favorite song. Great lyrics, AMAZING guitar part. Just listen, because words cannot describe how good this song is.
9. Mellow and upbeat all the same time. You won't even beleive what a nice contrast this weeks.
10. Get the live version of this song because he goes onto some long rant about loving everyone about halfway through. It's just an entertaining creative song. Big surprise...

http://www.glamour.com/health-fitness/2008/10/5-healthy-foods-that-arent

So I was casually browsing online seraching for new recipes ( cause thats what I do) and I strolled across this nice little article that shattered everything I cook against. it lists the 5 healthy foods that arent as
1. smoothies
2.Stir Fry
3. Bran Muffins
4. Frozen Yogurt
5. Veggie Chips

1.IF they were to follow my fabulous self made recipes, they would know that a health smoothie can be made in less than 200 calories. Just use 1 cup of low fat danon vanilla yogurt(60 calories) + a splash of vanilla lite soy milk ( 30 calories), plus fruit and ice ( around 100 calories if theres a banana involved)

2.JUST USE LESS OIL
3. Multigrain or wheattt!
4. You have two options here, one go to cherrys where half a cup is a mere 90 calories or take my approach and literally freeze the yogurt :]
5. Baked chips!

Well anyway, I think Glamour should do their research before they mislead the calorie counters of America.

Obama love <3

So pretty much, I was reading Glamour's exclusive interview with McCain and Obama, and I have found that I am much more of a liberal than conservative. I only just realized this, but at the same time it kind of made me realize that I DO care about politics. Not to a crazy extent, but to a decent amount. Like with McCain for example, his anti-choice stance on abortion is infuriating and unattractive. I HATE people like that who are against abortion but have no idea about the struggle going on in the world. It's dumb and Obama, when asked about the same issue stood at pro-choice and said that he trusted the women of the country to make these types of decisions; which is how it should be, considering neither of them ever will be pregnant or in a situation that would involve this kind of thing. Anyway, point is, I'm a liberal, and pledge full support to Obama. Anway, this article that i posted is Obama's wife Michelle, who has been targeted by the Republicans.

Travis Barker

Short article, but depressing none the less. I've been looking for information about everything but all I know is that Travis Barker is critically injured apparently. This is an important current event because well, clearly celebrities critically injured as well as four dead is considered important. I don't know the actual article seemed really vauge but I guess that was probably for publicity reasons, cause if I were the family I don't think I'd want personal stuff all over the internet. When I first found out my friend Emy texted me, "Travis Barker's in critical care." I was so confused a first. It was kind of weird too, just because technically I'm so disconnected from the situation but at the same time it feels like I knew him ,especially since I grew up with Blink 182 and everything. Anyway, point is, it's very sad and I hope he gets better soon :[[[
